The Network Development Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding of Providers that will aid IEHP in addressing concerns around network adequacy.  In this role, the Manager will lead a team that is responsible for maintaining a list of high priority specialties, collaborate with leaders in prioritizing the onboarding of the needed specialties, and remove any barriers that delay the onboarding of Providers addressing network gaps. The Manager will also be responsible for supporting our recredentialing efforts by ensuring IEHP does not lose any Providers that will create a gap in our network.  To accomplish this, the Manager must have the ability to build strong internal and external relationships while driving for operational effectiveness that support IEHP’s strategic initiatives. The Network Development Manager must have experience in cross-functional business units, Medicare, Medi-Cal, and Covered California lines of business requirements, organizational design, and business process improvement methods. This Manager will work closely with the Provider Network Manager and Credentialing Manager to develop and implement network strategies for recruitment and retention of physicians to aid IEHP in meeting network adequacy requirements.

Team Members in this position ensure Plan operations, processes, procedures, policies, etc. are in compliance with regulatory agencies, including but not limited to, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), and the California Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC), in addition to collaboration with, inter-departments to ensure member needs are met while simultaneously building strong peer relationships.   Key Responsibilities   1. Serve as the Plan’s internal Compliance point of contact for Regulatory Affairs matters. 2. Communicate new and revised laws and regulatory guidance that affect the Plan and interpret/summarize the requirements. Disseminate the requirements and analyze the responses. Participates in workgroups to assist internal departments in making administrative and operational decisions.     3. Monitors the Plan’s lines of business adherence to contract(s) with the CMS, contract(s) with the DHCS, Knox-Keene license(s) with the DMHC, and any other applicable regulatory agencies. 4. Triage compliance issues and inquiries from internal departments and applicable regulatory agencies, understand the underlying intent of the questions, and perform necessary research and analysis to provide accurate responses and recommendations. 5.  May assist in ensuring compliance with the Plan’s lines of business reporting and submission requirements to the CMS, the DHCS, the DMHC, and any other applicable regulatory agencies. May be responsible for receiving, researching, coordinating, responding timely and tracking all inquiries and submissions to the CMS, the DHCS, the DMHC, and any other applicable regulatory agencies. 6. Prepare 1352(a) Amendments and Material Modifications for submission to the DMHC.  Receive, coordinate and respond timely to all subsequent Comment Letters and amendments. 7. Report potential risks, non-compliance or alleged violations to the Director of Compliance. 8. Under the direction of the Manager, Regulatory Affairs assist in preparing the Plan for regulatory audits. 9. May support other components of the Plan’s compliance program, such as Privacy, Data Security, Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, Fraud Waste & Abuse, etc. 10. What you can expect!  Under the direction of the Senior Director, Facilities, the Manager, Facilities Maintenance is responsible for managing all technical, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, engineering, janitorial services. The Manager, Facilities Maintenance performs and supervises tasks in connection with technical tenant improvement, maintenance of current M.E.P. facilities and will support new construction, and other capital projects, including the supervision of other facilities staff as needed. The Manager, Facilities Maintenance oversees preventive maintenance management, Janitorial activities and acts as a resource to ensure contract services are aligned for seamless execution.   Key Responsibilities - Review, plan, estimate, and schedule work order assignments and contract maintenance activities for all technical IEHP properties and facilities. - Manage and oversee the IEHP Engineering, Janitorial groups, including preventive, corrective maintenance activities and development. - Provide ongoing technical management of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and utility management resources representing IEHP Facilities, including management of the Solar Power Generation facility, while providing directions to internal staff, vendors, and contractors. - Directly supervise Facilities Team Members, and supervise services provided by onsite contractors/vendors, and any offsite contracted resources. - Lead the review and approval of contractor’s Mechanical, electrical and plumbing proposed construction activities as the IEHP AHJ. - In conjunction with Project Management, monitor technical construction document status, submittals, and as-built drawing preparation for approval. - Lead processing and negotiating cost, scheduling of change orders, and resolving complex maintenance related contracts, activities, and disputes. - Support Project Management startup, close-out and move-in activities. - Any other duties as required ensuring Health Plan operations are successful.
