What you can expect!  Under the direction of the Director, Technology - Infrastructure Services, the Engineer III - Unified Communications is responsible for managing and maintaining voice protocols, data, and remote telecommunication equipment which are Cisco Unified Communications Systems. This includes but is not limited to implementing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, upgrading, voicemail, Voice over IP communications to optimize all telecommunication systems and services.   Key Responsibilities - Implement, maintain, and support all Telecom and VoIP Systems including but not limited to SIP, Cisco Unified Call Manager (PCCE), Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, IPCC, UCCX, UCCE, CUCI, CAD and Finesse and associated technologies. - Provide support and assistance in UC fault isolation and performance management processes as requested. - Design and implement monitoring and reporting that exposes quality metrics necessary to measure the performance and effectiveness of Enterprise UC services, and to support decisions for continuous improvements - Be the single point of contact for all telecom related issues and request. - Manage SIP Trunks and VoIP Circuits. - Troubleshoot all voice related services from Desktop issues to Systems and Contact Center Scripting issues. - Implement all current and future Telecom Projects. - Ensure backups on all UC Voice systems. - Manage all upgrades and revisions to the UC voice environment. - Develop and implement long-term strategies and capacity planning for future telecommunications hardware and software needs. - Coordinate with internal IT team in efforts to provide telecommunications support. - Install and support telecommunications infrastructure and its associated software, including CIT interfaces, call management systems, voice mail, and interactive voice response, call center call routing and video conferencing systems. - Configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user telecommunications hardware, telephony devices, and voice/data hardware solutions. - Monitor and identify capacity and performance issues for telecommunications traffic to ensure continued, uninterrupted operation of telecommunications systems.

Prepare 1352(a) Amendments and Material Modifications for submission to the DMHC.  Receive, coordinate and respond timely to all subsequent Comment Letters and amendments. 7. Report potential risks, non-compliance or alleged violations to the Director of Compliance. 8. Under the direction of the Manager, Regulatory Affairs assist in preparing the Plan for regulatory audits. 9. The Manager, Facilities Maintenance performs and supervises tasks in connection with technical tenant improvement, maintenance of current M.E.P. facilities and will support new construction, and other capital projects, including the supervision of other facilities staff as needed. The Manager, Facilities Maintenance oversees preventive maintenance management, Janitorial activities and acts as a resource to ensure contract services are aligned for seamless execution.   Key Responsibilities - Review, plan, estimate, and schedule work order assignments and contract maintenance activities for all technical IEHP properties and facilities. - Manage and oversee the IEHP Engineering, Janitorial groups, including preventive, corrective maintenance activities and development. - Provide ongoing technical management of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and utility management resources representing IEHP Facilities, including management of the Solar Power Generation facility, while providing directions to internal staff, vendors, and contractors. - Directly supervise Facilities Team Members, and supervise services provided by onsite contractors/vendors, and any offsite contracted resources. - Lead the review and approval of contractor’s Mechanical, electrical and plumbing proposed construction activities as the IEHP AHJ. - In conjunction with Project Management, monitor technical construction document status, submittals, and as-built drawing preparation for approval. - Lead processing and negotiating cost, scheduling of change orders, and resolving complex maintenance related contracts, activities, and disputes. - Support Project Management startup, close-out and move-in activities. - Any other duties as required ensuring Health Plan operations are successful.

The Supervisor, Eligibility & Payment Services will contribute to the system build efforts, maintain comprehensive documentation of business and technical specification requirements. The Supervisor will facilitate communication and formally report findings to various department leaders in a manner that is appropriate to the skill level and technical expertise of the audience.

The Community Resource Center (CRC) Fitness Coach will also provide one-on-one training for Community Resource Center participants regarding one-on-one support of movements and forms, regimens, and fitness and performance goals and will include coordinating group activities onsite.The Community Resource Center (CRC) Fitness Coach will be responsible to report any required maintenance or repairs to CRC leadership while adhering to safety policies and if needed, will provide certified CPR/First Aid.
