Under the direction of the Application Development Manager, the “Developer II - Applications Development” is responsible for development, modification, and implementation of Inland Empire Health Plan’s internal/external applications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Gather project requirements and document business solutions.
2. Execute full lifecycle of software development (agile).
3. Communicate efficiently/effectively with all internal/external business entities.
4. Create well designed, testable efficient code.
5. Create test cases for new and existing applications.
6. Design, develop and implement software independently or within a team.
7. Serve as a subject matter expert in key businesses projects.
8. Conduct code reviews and discuss solutions with junior developers.
9. Review and maintain legacy software.
10. Develop software requirements and determine operational feasibility.
